What We Do

Our strategy is built around seven key environments that support students in knowing Christ, growing in their faith, and going on mission.

  • MDWK

Our weekly Wednesday night experience built for fun, worship, biblical teaching, and small group connection in Squads.

    Focus: Know Christ

  • Coffee House

Our weekly Sunday morning meeting in which students spend time in the Word and prayer as a group or individually. It's goal is to help students develop the spiritual discipline of having a quiet time and to prepare their hearts for service.

    Focus: Grow in Christ

  • Retreats

Fall and spring weekend getaways where students disconnect from distractions and reconnect with Jesus and community.

    Focus: Grow in Christ

  • Camp

Each summer, students experience a fun-filled, gospel-saturated week away focused on building community and spiritual growth.

    Focus: Grow & Go

  • Mission Trips

Our students partner with local and global ministries to share the gospel and serve others. Students are trained beforehand in apologetics and evangelism.

    Focus: Go Make Disciples

  • Summer Break

During our summer break from MDWK and Equipping Groups, we host casual hangouts at coffee shops, restaurants, and parks to stay connected and have fun.

    Focus: Community

  • Discipleship Relationships

We have a discipleship pathway where every adult leader personally invests in at least one student using a gospel-centered curriculum.

    Focus: Grow & Go

What Do We Value?

Core Convictions

The following five core convictions reflect what matters most in our student ministry. These values guide how we lead, teach, disciple, and walk alongside students and families. Our hope is that over time, students won’t just encounter these values; they’ll embrace them, live them out, and carry them forward as lifelong disciples of Jesus.

  • Gospel-Centered in Everything

We believe the gospel is not just the starting point of faith, it’s the foundation, fuel, and goal of everything we do. Every sermon, conversation, and small group points students to Jesus Christ, crucified and risen.

  • Partnering with Parents

We believe that parents are the primary disciplers of their children. We are committed to equipping, encouraging, and walking alongside them as they model Christ in the home and lead their families spiritually.

  • Fun with a Purpose

We believe student ministry should be fun, intentionally. From slip 'n slide kickball to costume contests, we create joyful environments that students want to invite their friends to. Every event is designed with a clear goal: to share the gospel and build gospel-centered relationships.

  • Disciples Who Make Disciples

We don’t measure success by attendance but by multiplication. Every student is called to grow in Christ and help others do the same. Our ministry equips students to own their faith and lead others.

  • The Church Is for Students Too

We believe students are not the future of the church; they are the church. We challenge them to serve, worship, lead, and live as active members of the body of Christ today.
