What do I need to bring in order to receive food?

We ask that you bring a current photo ID/driver's license and a current utility bill such as power, gas, water, etc. We will also accept a current lease/rental agreement if you are unable to bring a utility bill.

How often may I receive food?

You can visit the food pantry and receive food once every 30 days.

Am I able to receive food outside of normal Food Pantry hours?

Unfortunately, we distribute each week's food during our normal operating hours and do not keep food on hand throughout the week. We also operate solely through volunteers who are only able to be here during normal operating hours.

Am I able to have food delivered to me?

We are currently not staffed to make food deliveries.

What type of food will I receive?

Each week our distribution depends on the donations we have received. We do our absolute best to distribute food evenly among families as determined by the size of the family. We cannot guarantee any certain items but typically have a variety.

Do you provide financial assistance?

Due to the volume of requests we receive weekly for financial assistance, we do not offer assistance and refer all requests to Cooperative Christian Ministries in Concord.

Where do I go once I get there and do I need to arrive early?

When you arrive on our campus, you will turn into the parking lot where you see the church bus. The Food Pantry is located through the double doors under the overhang. We do have people who arrive early to wait in line as early as 30 minutes to an hour beforehand, this is your choice. Please be aware that no one is permitted inside of the building until the Food Pantry opens.

I have a question that isn't listed here, is there someone I can contact?

Yes, you may call the church at 704-938-7664, choose option/extension 2 and you may leave a voicemail for our volunteer ministry leader. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.

What do I need to bring in order to receive clothing?

How often may I receive clothing?

You may receive clothing items once every 90 days.

Is there a limit to how many items of clothing I can receive?

Yes, in order to serve the many families that we see each week, we allow you to choose up to 5 items of clothing per person. Families that have more than 4 people in their household may receive a total of 20 items.

I would like to donate clothing, are there certain hours for me to drop off my donations?

Yes, we ask that all donations please be dropped off during our normal operating hours.
